Ferg embodies a unique blend of roles – a Trainer, Mens Coach, Professional Adventure Athlete and Outdoor Recreation Guide.

Ferg's experience as an Outdoor Recreation Instructor and Tour Guide, includes leading treks on PNG's Kokoda Trail as well as orchestrating men's retreats. His passion for Highlining and adventure mirrors his accomplishments, including the feat of walking a 770m long line in Australia's Blue Mountains. He has forged collaborations with renowned brands such as LuLu Lemon, Kathmandu, and featuring in Rolling Stone Magazine AUST. These achievements have established his standing within the adventure domain.

Having personally endured an adverse period of over 2 years of severe low energy and testosterone, poor habits, high anxiety, depression and lack of clarity and purpose, he's since built himself up over that period into the role of a Mens Coach and Guide, empowering others on their own transformative paths through resistance and towards optimised physical performance, energy and powerful habit cultivation.
